Quality Conveyancing Solutions started out as a home based business and has carried this ethos into our office environment. This ethos to us means having the flexibility to work in with your availability. For some people this may mean meeting outside of work hours, or whilst the kids are at school, for others it may be that they don’t feel the need to meet and all business can be completed over the phone, post and email.

What do I need to do?

When buying a property the first thing you should do is speak with your local banker, financial institution or mortgage broker to find out your finance options. Once you have pre approval, the exciting phase of looking for suitable properties begins.

When selling a property, you should seek market appraisals from various real estate agents. This should also include their commission and fees. You then need to consider all offers put forward by the agents and select which one/s you will go with. From there, the agents lists the property and commence advertising. We work with many agents and would be more than willing to help facilitate this process. 

When you have found the property and deal thats right for you, or you have listed your property with an agent, contact Quality Conveyancing Solutions to arrange a meeting to prepare vendor statements, go over the contracts and other legal documentation. As your conveyancer, we like to go over the paperwork with you before you sign to ensure all documentation is in order and all agreements you made are noted.
